    How much does roof cleaning cost?
    It depends on three things; Size (sq ft) Pitch (how steep) and complexity of the roof (includes excessive moss or excessive peaks).

    What if only parts of my roof are dirty?
    We can clean the stained area only and treat the whole roof with a preventative and not get charged for the entire area.

    Do you use high pressure?
    No & Yes.  Our custom professional made roof cleaning equipment only applies garden hose pressure to the roof surface to wash away the dead algae, fungus, and other debris. We do use pressure on certain types of building materials that produce astonishing results that can’t be created any other way.

    Will Washing Hurt My Roof?
    The asphalt manufactures association recommends a low pressure wash. The roof cleaning products that we apply dissolve the algae so that only a low pressure rinse is needed to wash away the mold and dirt. The benefit of washing is that it removes all the soil so new spores have nothing to attach to.

    What about my landscaping and surrounding area?
    Before cleaning, we ask homeowners remove or cover anything close to the house that could get dirty from the debris coming off the roof. Our wash soap is manufactured to be environmentally friendly and plant safe

    During the Scheduled Cleaning Service
    Upon arrival, we knock on the door to notify homeowners unless specified otherwise. The homeowner does not need to be present as long as they have confirmed their appointment in advanced.

    We offer a 2-Year Roof Cleaning Guarantee from the date of service at no additional cost. If any growth, such as algae or mildew streaking, lichens or moss should return within our warranty period we will revisit your home and re-clean your roof for free.

    Terms & Conditions Of Guarantee:

    • Must have original invoice dated of the work performed.
    • Entire roofing surface must be cleaned and treated at initial cleaning – no exceptions.
    • Homeowner must implement proper roof care maintenance to correct the cause of roof growth. Examples: tree branch trimming, annual gutter cleaning, etc.
    • Areas where gutter pours onto a roofing section is not covered under guarantee.
    • Any tree coverage above roof less than ten feet will void the guarantee.
